HOW WE FISH

Different fish, different conditions, different techniques. We adapt our approach to the conditions on the day and the species we're targeting.

01

Trolling

A proven offshore technique in which lures or bait are towed behind the boat to attract predatory fish such as tuna, wahoo and mahi-mahi.

03

Jigging

Jigs are worked through the water to imitate fleeing baitfish. This active technique can be exciting when fish are feeding at depth.

02

Live bait fishing

Live bait can be an effective way to tempt larger predators. When conditions are right, we use this technique to target powerful fish looking for a natural meal.

04

Popping

Surface lures create splashes and movement that can trigger explosive strikes from aggressive predators. Few things compare to seeing a fish attack a lure on the surface.

You don't need to know how these techniques work before your trip. We'll explain the basics, help you handle the equipment and guide you through the action.
